We're looking for a L1 Helpdesk Support to join our team. This is an in-office, entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting tech issues, helping others, and is looking to start or grow a career in IT. You'll be the first point of contact for client support requests, helping resolve basic technical issues and escalating when necessary.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond to service tickets and requests through email, phone, or our ticketing system
  • Provide basic remote support for desktops, laptops, VoIP phones, printers, and other devices
  • Troubleshoot common issues with software, hardware, and network connectivity
  • Document issues, solutions, and client interactions accurately in our system
  • Assist with preparing, packing, and shipping equipment for client use
  • Perform basic IT tasks like device setup, restocking inventory, and routine maintenance
  • Support the helpdesk and project teams by organizing equipment and scheduling tasks


Qualifications 

  • 2+ years in any helpdesk/support center role  

  • Basic knowledge in trouble shooting, diagnosing, and resolving computer hardware and software related issues 

  • Experience in using CRM and ticketing tools (preferably Autotask, Datto) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 

  • High attention to detail with a focus on customer service 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team 

  • Must have a valid California Driver's License

  • Full time position, in-office role in Fountain Valley 

  • Schedule: M-F 8AM to 5PM 

  • health insurance 

  • 2 weeks paid time off 

  • 401(k) plan with 4% matching

  • Salary: $47,000 - $50,000/year
